Ingredients:
- Sorrel leaves 150g
- Green chillis 6-7
- Onion 1
- Tamarind 10g
- Cumin seeds 1spn
- Garlic clove 2
- Popu (Turvar dal,Urad dal,dry chillli,Avalu,Cumin seeds,Inguva,Garlic clove )
- Curry leaves
- Corrinder
- Water 1cup
- Salt as per taste
Process:
- Clean The sorrel leaves,Green chillis, tamarind and chope the onion.
- Take a pan add sorrel leaves, green chillis, water and cook it upto chillis become smooth.
- switch off the stove. Take a grinder and add cumin seeds, garlic Cloves.
- Add cooked soorrel leaves mixer to the grinder and again grind it.
- Take a pan and prepare popu and curry leaves to it.
- Mix the popu and grinded sorrel leaves, choped onions with spoon.
- Add corrinder.Take it into the bowl. and serve it.
Note:
It is nice combination with rice mixed with butter,,Pulka.
