Chicken 65

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken 500g 
  2. Ginger and Garlic paste 2tsps
  3. Curd 2tsps
  4. Red chilli powder 2 spns
  5. Termeric powder 1spn
  6. Garam masala 1spn (cloves,mace blades,elachi,gasalu,coconut)
  7. Oil suficient to deepfry 
  8. Corrinder
  9. Onion 1
  10. Lemon 1
  11. Salt  as per sufficient
Preparation:
  1. Clean the chicken and add ginger and garlic paste,curd,red chilli powder,termeric powder,  Garam masala and salt. Mix all ingredients and keep in cool place upto 15 mins.
  2. Take a pan and add oil. Release the chicken peices one by one into oil. Make it fry well on low flame upto the peices tends to golden brown.
  3. Chope and add the onions into the slices, and sprincle the lemon juice on the fried chicken peices.
  4. Add some some corrinder. Serve as snacks.
Note:

In this recepie i am not like to add any food colour. if u want please add pinch of red food colour.
