Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
  1. Chicken 500g 
  2. Ginger and Garlic paste 2tsps
  3. Curd 2tsps
  4. Red chilli powder 2 spns
  5. Termeric powder 1spn
  6. Garam masala 1spn (cloves,mace blades,elachi,gasalu,coconut)
  7. Onion 1
  8. Chillis(Vegetable) 3
  9. Oil 3 tsps
  10. Corrinder
  11. Salt  as per sufficient
Preparation:
  1. Clean the chicken and add ginger and garlic paste,curd,red chilli powder,termeric powder and salt. Mix all ingredients and keep in cool place upto 15 mins.
  2. Take a pan and add oil. After heating the oil add garam masala, onions, chills and make it fry. Add the above chicken into the pan, then cook upto 10-15 mins.
  3. Add some gasalu,coconut paste to the curry cook upto 5 mins.
  4. Add some some corrinder to the curry and serve it.
