Lemon Rice

Ingredients:
  1. Rice 1cup (100g)
  2. Water 2cups (200ml)
  3. Lemon 2
  4. Green chillis 4
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Termeric powder 1/8spn
  7. Popu (tuvar dal, urad dal, avalu, cumin seeds, dry chilli, Inguva) 50g
  8. Curry  leaves
  9. Corrinder
  10. Cashew nuts
  11. Corrinder seeds (optional)
Process:
  1. Take 1cup of rice and clean the rice.
  2. Add 2cups of water and keep  it in a pressure cooker.
  3. Wait upto 3wheesels and wait upto the pressure going out (10-15mins).
  4. In the mean time cut the lemons to half. Take juice.
  5. Add salt to lemon Juice. 
  6. Cut the chillis just like vertical slices and chope the corrinder.
  7. After the pressure went out from the cookertake rice out.
  8. Take a big vessel for easy mixing. Add rice and lemon juice. 
  9. Take another pan and And prepare for popu.
  10. Add cashewnuts, chilli slices and make it fry well.
  11. Add curry leaves to the popu and make it fry.
  12. Add some more curry leaves to the prepared rice.
  13. Now add the popu to the rice and add termeric powder also to the rice.
  14. Mix it well and take into the serving bowl and finally add choped corrinder.
  15. Now the lemon rice is ready. Take it into a serving bowl and serve it.
Note:

Add the lemon juice as per your taste.Here 3sllices (half lamons) juice will be sufficient.For 3slices we cut 2 lemons.
