Ingredients:
- Sago(sagubiyam) 1cup
- Vermicelli 1/4 cup
- Treacle(bellam) 1 1/2cup (or)Sugar 1 1/2cup
- Milk 3cups
- Water 4cups
- Gee 2spns
- Elaichi powder 1spn
- Cashew nuts
- Almonds
- Raisins
Process:
- Take a pan.Add vermicelli to the pan and make it fry with or without gee till golden brown.
- Take fried vermicelli in to bowl.
- Now add gee to the pan and fry the cashew,almonds and all dry fruits.
- At the same time take pressure cooker and add sago and water cook upto 3-4 wheesels.
- Take a bowl from pressure cooker and again you boil and fried vermicelli to boiled sago.
- Check the vermicelli cooked or not and treacle or sugar and cook upto 5-8mins.
- Add elaichi powder and fried dry fruits and serve it hotly.
