Payasam

Ingredients:

  1. Sago(sagubiyam)  1cup
  2. Vermicelli  1/4 cup
  3. Treacle(bellam) 1 1/2cup (or)Sugar 1 1/2cup
  4. Milk 3cups
  5. Water 4cups
  6. Gee 2spns
  7. Elaichi powder 1spn
  8. Cashew nuts
  9. Almonds
  10. Raisins
Process:
  1. Take a pan.Add vermicelli to the pan and make it fry with or without gee till golden brown.
  2. Take fried vermicelli in to bowl.
  3. Now add gee to the pan and fry the cashew,almonds and all dry fruits.
  4. At the same time take pressure cooker and add sago and  water cook upto 3-4 wheesels.
  5. Take a bowl from pressure cooker  and again you boil and fried vermicelli to boiled sago.
  6.  Check the vermicelli cooked or not and treacle or sugar  and cook upto 5-8mins.
  7. Add elaichi powder and fried dry fruits and serve it hotly.
