Ingredients:
- Carrots 500g
- Onion 1
- Green Chillis 2
- Oil 2tsps
- Dry chilli powder 2spns
- Termeric powder 1/4spn
- Popu (Turvar dal,Urad dal,dry chillli,Avalu,Cumin seeds,Inguva,Garlic clove )
- Curry leaves
- Corrinder
- Salt as per taste
Process:
- Chope the carrot,onions,chilis.
- Take a pan. Add oil to the pan and prepare popu.
- Add choped onions,chillis to the pan and make it fry.
- Add choped carrot to the pan,add salt and make it fry upto 7-8mins.
- Add termeric powder and dry chilli powder to the pan make it fry upto 1-2min.
- Add some corrinder to the prepared curry.
- Take it into serving bowl and serve it.
