Onion Dosa (Ulli Dosa)

Ingredients:


  1. Black Gram 1cup
  2. Rice 2 1/2cups
  3. Water sufficient
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Oil
  6. Onions 2
  7. Gren chilli 4
  8. Cumin seeds
  9. Corrinder

Process:

  1. Clean and soak the black gram, rice upto dal, rice dip in water.Wait for 3hours..
  2. Grind the black gram, rice by adding sufficient water.
  3. Now dosa mixer is ready. Wait for 3 hours for better taste.
  4. Add salt and mix it.If mixer is tight adding sufficient water.
  5. Chope the onions, chillis, corrinder.
  6. Take a nonstick pan and spread oil on the pan.
  7. Take the dosa mixer with spoon and apply on the pan as a thin layer on the pan.
  8. Add the choped onions, chillis, corrinder by smashing with your hands.
  9. Add 1spn of oil around the dosa.
  10. Wait  till dosa commes to deep roast.
  11. Now dosa is ready. Take that dosa into a plate. And  prepare for next dosa.
  12. Serve the dosa with roasted gram chutney, tomato chutney, allam chutney, sambar.
