Coconut Rice (Kobari Pulav)

Ingredients:
  1. Rice 250g
  2. Coconut Milk 500ml
  3. Onion 1 
  4. Green Chillis 4
  5. Ginger & Garlic paste 1 1/2spn
  6. Cinnamom Stick 1 inch peice
  7. Cloves 4
  8. Javtri  2cloves
  9. Star Anies 3 cloves
  10. Cardamom Big  2
  11. Elachi 4
  12. Bay leaf 3
  13. Gee 3tsps
  14. Corrinder 
  15. Salt as per taste
Process:
  1. Chope the onion, chillis, corrinder.
  2. Take a thick bottom vessel. Add gee heat upto 1min.
  3. Add cinnamom stick, cloves, javtri, star anies, cardamom big, elachi, Bay Leaf. make it fry upto 2 mins.
  4. Add choped onions, chillis make it fry upto 1min and add ginger & garlic paste make it fry upto 2mis.
  5. Add rice and salt mix  it well and wait for 2 mins.
  6. Add coconut milk, some corrinder mix it well keep a plate on vessel.
  7. Cook this on low flame. Keep on the stove  until rice fully cook.
  8. Finally add choped corrinder and serve with allu kurma,chicken curry,prawns curry.
Preparation Of Coconut Milk:
  1. Grate a coconut, add 2 glasses of hot water and leave aside for 30 mts.
  2.  Grind just like a smooth  paste. Place a or thin cotton cloth on a vessel and pour this mixture onto the cloth. 
  3. The filtered milk is called  of coconut milk. Use your hand to squeeze out the milk from the residue. 
  4. Add one more glass of water to the residue and run in the grinder for a min. Strain on to same cloth. Again filter the milk with cloth and sqeeze out the milk from the residue.
