Ingredients:
- Fish pieces 10
- Ginger and Garlic paste 2tsps
- Dry chilli powder 3spns
- Termeric powder 1spn
- Onions 1big
- Green Chillis 6
- Lemon juice 1tspn
- Spring Onions 3
- Oil 4tsps
- Butttermilk 1cup
- Tamarind 30g
- Garam masala powder(cloves,mace blades,elachi,daniya)
- Salt as per taste
- Water Sufficient
- Corrinder
Process:
- Clean the the fish pieces and add lemon juice to avoid the smell.
- Soak the tamarind in buttermilk and prepare tamarind juice.
- Chope the onions,green chillis,spring onions and corrinder.
- Now take fish pieces into a bowl. Add ginger and garlic paste, dry chilli powder, termeric powder, salt, choped onions, chillis and spring onions.
- Marinate upto 5-10 mins.
- Take a pan and add oil. Fry garam masala powder.
- Add marinated fish pieces to the pan and make it fry upto 5mins.
- Add tamarind juice to the pan and cook it upto the juice must some thick(10mins).
- Finally add choped corrinder and take it into the serving bowl.
- Garnish as per your taste and serve it.
