Mirchi Bajji (Mirapakaya Bajji)

Ingredients:
  1. Bajji mirchi 10
  2. Gram fllour 100g
  3. Vamu 10g
  4. Water sufficient
  5. Oil suficient to deep fry
  6. Salt as per tasste
Process:
  1. Clean and cut the  mirchis vertically as shown in image.
  2. Take bowl and add 2 tsps gram flour, vamu, Salt.
  3. Mix it well and stuff in  the mirchis.
  4. After stuffing in  the same bowl add gram flour, salt, water.
  5. Mix it well with out any lumps. The batter should not be  tight and loose.
  6. Medium loose should be needed.
  7. Take a pan and add oil to the pan.
  8. Wait upto oil is heated. For testing one small drop of batter release into oil.
  9. It drop slowly comes to the  top of the oil. If  the drop of batter comes quickly reduse the heat..
  10. Now take stffed mirchi fully dip in the batter and release in the oil.
  11. Make it fry upto golden brown colour. Take  it out into  paper plate and serve them hotly.
