Ingredients:
- Water 3glasses
- Tamarind 30g
- Termeric powder 1spn
- Tomato 1small
- Rasam powder 2tsps
- Ginger and Garlic paste 1spn
- Dry chilli 2
- Green chilli 2
- Salt as per taste
- Curry leaves
- Popu (Turvar dal,Urad dal,dry chillli,Avalu,Cumin seeds,Inguva,Garlic clove )
- Corrinder
Process:
- Take a pan and add water, tamarind, termeric powder, tomato, rasam powder, gingerangarlic paste, dry chilli 2, green chilli 2, salt.
- Boil the rasam mixture upto 2 1/2 glass water remaining.
- Take another pan and prepare popu.
- Add rasam mixture to popu. boil upto 2 mins.
- Add corrinder. Serve it.
