Ingredients:
- Mutton Minced(Kaima) 500g
- Ginger and Garlic paste 2tsps
- Red chilli powder 2 spns
- Termeric powder 1spn
- Garam masala 1spn (cloves,mace blades,elachi,gasalu,coconut)
- Onion 1
- Chillis(Vegetable) 3
- Oil 3 tsps
- Corrinder
- Salt as per sufficient
Preparation:
- Clean
the Mutton Minced.
- Take a pan and add oil. After heating the oil add garam masala, onions, chills, and make it fry.
- After frying onions add ginger and garlic paste. Add Mutton Minced into the pan, red chilli powder,termeric powder and salt then fry upto 5-10 mins.
- Add some gasalu,coconut paste to the curry cook upto 10 mins.
- Add some some corrinder to the curry and serve it.
