Ingredients:
- Pasta 200g
- Oil 3tsps!
- Tomatos 3
- Carrot 1 small
- Onion 1
- Green chillis 3
- Spring onion 1
- cumin seeds
- Ginger and Garlic paste 1spn
- Dry chilli powder 1spn
- Termeric powder 1/4spn
- Chaat masala 1spn
- Curry leaves
- Corrinder
- Salt as per taste
Process:
- Take vessel with full of water. Add pasta,1spn of oil to the water and cook it upto 10mins.
- Take Pasta from water and pour some cold water. Again fiter the pasta from water into a plate and keep infront of fan.
- Chope the tomato, chilllis, carrot, onion, corrinder, spring onions.
- Take a pan and add oil to the pan. Add cumin seeds,curry leaves to the oil.
- Add choped onions, chillis, spring onions to the pan and make it fry.
- Add choped vegetabls to the pan and salt make it fry upto 3mins.
- Add salt, ginger and garlic paste and cook it.
- Add dry chilli powder, termeric powder, chaat masala coook upto 2-3mins.
- Add corrinder to the dish and take into bowl.
- Make it serve hotly.
