Pasta in indian style

Ingredients:
  1. Pasta 200g
  2. Oil 3tsps!
  3. Tomatos 3
  4. Carrot 1 small
  5. Onion 1
  6. Green chillis 3
  7. Spring onion 1
  8. cumin seeds
  9. Ginger and Garlic paste 1spn
  10. Dry chilli powder 1spn
  11. Termeric powder 1/4spn
  12. Chaat masala 1spn
  13. Curry leaves
  14. Corrinder
  15. Salt as per taste
Process:
  1. Take vessel with full of water. Add pasta,1spn of oil to the water and cook it  upto 10mins.
  2. Take Pasta from water and pour some cold water. Again fiter the pasta from water into a plate and keep infront of fan.
  3. Chope the tomato, chilllis, carrot, onion, corrinder, spring onions.
  4. Take a pan and add oil to the pan. Add cumin seeds,curry leaves to the oil.
  5. Add choped onions, chillis, spring onions to the pan and make it fry.
  6. Add choped vegetabls to the pan and salt make it  fry upto 3mins.
  7. Add salt, ginger and garlic paste and cook it.
  8. Add dry chilli powder, termeric powder, chaat masala coook upto 2-3mins.
  9. Add corrinder to the dish and take into bowl.
  10. Make it serve hotly.
