Ingredients:
- Drumsticks 2
- Toor Daal (Kandi Pappu) 1cup
- Tamarind 20g
- Red Chilli Powder 1spn
- Tumeric Powder 1/4spn
- Tomato 1(optional)
- Onion 1
- Green chillis2
- Oil 1tspn
- Popu (Turvar dal,Urad dal,dry chillli,Avalu,Cumin seeds,Inguva,Garlic clove )
- Salt as per taste
- Curry Leaves
- Corrinder (Optional)
Process:
- Clean and choope the onions, chillies, Drumsticks and tomato.
- Take a pressure cooker and add choped vegetables, tamarind, dry chilli powder, termeric powder.
- Wait upto 4-5 wheesels. and it leave it till all pressure is coming out.
- After that open the pressure cooker and supprate the drum stick peaces from boiled dal.
- Add salt and smash the boiled dal smoothly.
- Now take a pan add oil and prepare popu.
- Add curry leaves and make it fry.
- Add boiled dal to the popu.and cook upto 5mins.
- Finally add corrinder and take into the serving bowl and serve it.
