Drum stick Dal (Munaga kada papu)

Ingredients:
  1. Drumsticks 2
  2. Toor Daal (Kandi Pappu)  1cup
  3. Tamarind   20g
  4. Red Chilli Powder  1spn
  5. Tumeric Powder  1/4spn
  6. Tomato 1(optional)
  7. Onion 1
  8.  Green chillis2
  9. Oil 1tspn
  10. Popu (Turvar dal,Urad dal,dry chillli,Avalu,Cumin seeds,Inguva,Garlic clove )
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. Curry Leaves
  13. Corrinder (Optional)
Process:
  1. Clean and choope the onions, chillies, Drumsticks and tomato.
  2. Take a pressure cooker and add choped vegetables, tamarind, dry chilli powder,     termeric powder. 
  3. Wait upto 4-5 wheesels. and it leave it till all pressure is coming out.
  4. After that open the pressure cooker and supprate the drum stick peaces from boiled dal.
  5. Add salt and smash the boiled dal smoothly.
  6. Now take a pan add oil and prepare popu.
  7. Add curry leaves and make it fry.
  8. Add boiled dal to the popu.and cook upto 5mins.
  9. Finally add corrinder and take into the serving bowl and serve it.
