Ingredients:
- Bread 1 (100g)
- Sugar 200g
- Water 50ml
- Sterlised milk 1cup
- Gee 6-8tsps
- Elaichi powder 1/2spn
- Dry fruits
- Take the bread and cut the 4 sides of the bread.
- Keep that bread slices in open, dry and nondusty place upto bread slices become dry.
- (if we do like this the bread slices can not absorb the extra gee.
- Cut the bread slices in to small peices for easy to roast.
- Take a pan and add 1tspn of gee and dry fruits.make it fry upto till golden colour.
- Take the dry fruits into the same bowl and add bread peices to the pan.
- Make it fry on low flame.upto bread slices tends to go golden brow colour.
- Take a pan and add sugar and water. Sugar desolves in water.stir with spoon upon little thick (teega pakam).
- Add 1spn of gee to avoid large thick (muduru pakam).
- Add Fried bread peices to the sugar syrup.Mix it well. If u want just like a smooth pattern smash it with spoon other wise no need to do this.
- Cook upto 8-10 mins.Add sterlised milk to prepared halwa. Add remaining gee.
- Mix it well and cook upto 5mins.Add elaichi powder, and fried dry fruits.
- Take it into a serving bowl and see it.
