Mirchi Bajji Masala (Munta Masala)

Ingredients:
  1. Bajji mirchi 10
  2. Gram fllour 100g
  3. Water sufficient
  4. Onion 1 big
  5. Corrinder 
  6. Roasted gram 30g
  7. Borugulu (murmura) 20g 
  8. Fried ground nuts 40g
  9. Lemon 1
  10. Dry chilli powder  1/2spn
  11. Oil suficient to deep fry
  12. Salt as per tasste
Process:
  1. Clean the mirchis. And chope the onion into small peices.
  2. Take  a bowl and add gram flour, salt, water.
  3. Mix it well with out any lumps. The batter should not be  tight and loose.
  4. Medium loose should be needed.
  5. Take a pan and add oil to the pan.
  6. Wait upto oil is heated. For testing one small drop of batter rellease into oil.
  7. It drop slowly comes to the  top of the oil. If  the drop of batter comes quickly reduse the heat..
  8. Now take stffed mirchi fully dip in the batter and release in the oil.
  9. Make it fry upto golden brown colour. Take  it out into tissue paper.
  10. Smash the mirchi bajji with hand and add choped oinions, roasted gram, fried ground nuts, dry chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, corrinder.
  11. Mix them it well and serve it.
