Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Tamarind 25g
- Onion 4(big)
- Green Chilli 2
- Dry Chilli powder 1spn
- Termeric powder 1/4 spn
- Oil 1spn
- Popu (Turvar dal,Urad dal,dry chillli,Avalu,Cumin seeds)
- Curry leavs
- Salt as per taste
Process:
- Boil eggs.Chope the onions, chillis, prepare tamarind juice.
- Take a pan. Add oil and prepare popu.
- After popu add chopped onions , chills and salt make it fry.
- Add termeric powder, dry chilli powder and fry upto 2 mins.
- Add tamarind juice to the pan and boil upto 5 mins.
- Add boiled eggs to soup and boil upto 2mins.
- Add corrinder and serve it.
