Egg Soup

Ingredients:
  1. Eggs
  2. Tamarind 25g
  3. Onion 4(big)
  4. Green Chilli 2
  5. Dry Chilli powder 1spn
  6. Termeric powder 1/4 spn
  7. Oil 1spn
  8. Popu (Turvar dal,Urad dal,dry chillli,Avalu,Cumin seeds)
  9. Curry leavs 
  10. Salt as per taste
Process:
  1. Boil eggs.Chope the onions, chillis, prepare tamarind juice.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil and prepare popu.
  3. After popu add chopped onions , chills and salt make it fry.
  4. Add termeric powder, dry chilli powder and  fry upto 2 mins.
  5. Add tamarind juice to the pan and boil upto 5 mins.
  6. Add boiled eggs to soup and boil upto 2mins.
  7. Add corrinder and serve it.
