Sorrel leaves Chutney (Gongura Pachadi)

Ingredients:
  1. Sorrel leaves 150g
  2. Green chillis 6-7
  3. Onion 1
  4. Tamarind 10g
  5. Cumin seeds 1spn
  6. Garlic clove 2 
  7. Popu (Turvar dal,Urad dal,dry chillli,Avalu,Cumin seeds,Inguva,Garlic clove ) 
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Corrinder
  10. Water 1cup

  11. Salt as per taste
Process:
  1. Clean The sorrel leaves,Green chillis, tamarind and chope the onion.
  2. Take a pan add sorrel leaves, green chillis, water and cook it upto chillis become smooth.
  3. switch off the stove. Take a grinder and add cumin seeds, garlic Cloves.
  4. Add cooked soorrel leaves mixer to the grinder and again grind it.
  5. Take a pan and prepare popu and curry leaves to it.
  6. Mix the popu and grinded sorrel leaves, choped onions with spoon.
  7. Add corrinder.Take it into the bowl. and serve it.
Note:

It is nice combination with rice mixed with butter,,Pulka.
