Rasam (Tomato Charu)

Ingredients:
  1. Water  3glasses
  2. Tamarind  30g
  3. Termeric powder 1spn
  4. Tomato 1small
  5. Rasam powder 2tsps
  6. Ginger and Garlic paste 1spn
  7. Dry chilli 2
  8. Green chilli 2
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Curry leaves
  11. Popu (Turvar dal,Urad dal,dry chillli,Avalu,Cumin seeds,Inguva,Garlic clove )
  12. Corrinder
Process:
  1. Take a pan and add water, tamarind, termeric powder, tomato, rasam powder, gingerangarlic paste,   dry chilli 2, green chilli 2, salt.
  2. Boil the  rasam mixture upto  2 1/2 glass water remaining.
  3. Take another pan  and prepare popu.
  4. Add rasam mixture to popu. boil upto 2 mins.
  5. Add corrinder. Serve it.
