Fish Soup (Andhra Chepala pulusu)

Ingredients:
  1. Fish pieces 10
  2. Ginger and Garlic paste 2tsps
  3. Dry chilli powder 3spns
  4. Termeric powder 1spn
  5. Onions 1big
  6. Green Chillis 6
  7. Lemon juice 1tspn
  8. Spring Onions 3
  9. Oil 4tsps
  10. Butttermilk 1cup
  11. Tamarind 30g
  12. Garam masala powder(cloves,mace blades,elachi,daniya)
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. Water Sufficient
  15. Corrinder
Process:
  1. Clean the the fish pieces and add lemon juice to avoid the smell.
  2. Soak the tamarind in buttermilk and prepare tamarind juice.
  3. Chope the onions,green chillis,spring onions and corrinder.
  4. Now take fish pieces into a bowl. Add ginger and garlic paste, dry chilli powder, termeric powder, salt, choped onions, chillis and spring onions.
  5. Marinate upto 5-10 mins.
  6. Take a pan and add oil. Fry garam masala powder.
  7. Add marinated fish pieces to the pan and make it fry upto 5mins.
  8. Add tamarind juice to the pan and cook it upto the juice must some thick(10mins).
  9. Finally add choped corrinder and take it into the serving bowl.
  10. Garnish as per your taste and  serve it.
