Carrot Curry

Ingredients:
  1. Carrots 500g
  2. Onion 1
  3. Green Chillis 2
  4. Oil 2tsps
  5. Dry chilli powder 2spns
  6. Termeric powder 1/4spn
  7. Popu (Turvar dal,Urad dal,dry chillli,Avalu,Cumin seeds,Inguva,Garlic clove )
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Corrinder
  10. Salt as per taste
Process:
  1. Chope the carrot,onions,chilis.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil to the pan  and prepare popu.
  3. Add choped onions,chillis to the pan and make it fry.
  4. Add choped  carrot to the pan,add salt and make it fry upto 7-8mins.
  5. Add termeric powder and dry chilli powder to the pan make it fry upto 1-2min.
  6. Add some corrinder to the prepared curry.
  7. Take it into serving bowl and serve it.
