Mutton Minced Curry

Ingredients:
  1. Mutton Minced(Kaima) 500g 
  2. Ginger and Garlic paste 2tsps
  3. Red chilli powder 2 spns
  4. Termeric powder 1spn
  5. Garam masala 1spn (cloves,mace blades,elachi,gasalu,coconut)
  6. Onion 1
  7. Chillis(Vegetable) 3
  8. Oil 3 tsps
  9. Corrinder
  10. Salt  as per sufficient
Preparation:
  1. Clean the Mutton Minced.
  2. Take a pan and add oil. After heating the oil add garam masala, onions, chills, and make it fry.
  3.  After frying onions add ginger and garlic paste. Add Mutton Minced  into the pan, red chilli powder,termeric powder and salt then fry upto 5-10 mins.
  4. Add some gasalu,coconut paste to the curry cook upto 10 mins.
  5. Add some some corrinder to the curry and serve it.
