Tomato Rice

Ingredients:

  1. Rice 250g
  2. Tomatos 4
  3. Onion  1
  4. Green Chillis 4
  5. Water 11/2- 2 cups (below 500ml)
  6. Ginger & Garlic paste 1 1/2sps
  7. Cinnamom Stick 1 inch peice
  8. Cloves 4
  9. Javtri  2cloves
  10. Star Anies 3 cloves
  11. Cardamom Big  2
  12. Elachi 4
  13. Bay leaf 3
  14. Gee 3tsps
  15. Corrinder 
  16. Salt as per taste

Process:

  1. Chope the tomatos, onion, chillis, corrinder.
  2. Take a thick bottom vessel. Add gee heat upto 1min.
  3. Add cinnamom stick, cloves, javtri, star anies, cardamom big, elachi, Bay Leaf. make it fry upto 2 mins.
  4. Add choped onions, chillis make it fry upto 1min and add ginger & garlic paste make it fry upto 2mis.
  5. Add choped tomatos and close the vessel upto 3-4 mins. 
  6. Add rice and salt mix  it well and wait for 2 mins.
  7. Add suffficient water, some corrinder mix it well keep a plate on vessel.
  8. Cook this on low flame. Keep on the stove  until rice fully cook.
  9. Finally add choped corrinder and serve with allu kurma,chicken curry,prawns curry.

Note:
  1. Tomatos releases some juice. so add sufficient water to the rice.
  2. For normal rice and water ratio is 1:2
