Ingredients:
Process:
- Rice 250g
- Tomatos 4
- Onion 1
- Green Chillis 4
- Water 11/2- 2 cups (below 500ml)
- Ginger & Garlic paste 1 1/2sps
- Cinnamom Stick 1 inch peice
- Cloves 4
- Javtri 2cloves
- Star Anies 3 cloves
- Cardamom Big 2
- Elachi 4
- Bay leaf 3
- Gee 3tsps
- Corrinder
- Salt as per taste
Process:
- Chope the tomatos, onion, chillis, corrinder.
- Take a thick bottom vessel. Add gee heat upto 1min.
- Add cinnamom stick, cloves, javtri, star anies, cardamom big, elachi, Bay Leaf. make it fry upto 2 mins.
- Add choped onions, chillis make it fry upto 1min and add ginger & garlic paste make it fry upto 2mis.
- Add choped tomatos and close the vessel upto 3-4 mins.
- Add rice and salt mix it well and wait for 2 mins.
- Add suffficient water, some corrinder mix it well keep a plate on vessel.
- Cook this on low flame. Keep on the stove until rice fully cook.
- Finally add choped corrinder and serve with allu kurma,chicken curry,prawns curry.
Note:
- Tomatos releases some juice. so add sufficient water to the rice.
- For normal rice and water ratio is 1:2
