Ingredients:
- Kandi pappu 50g
- Dry chillis 7
- Oil 1spn
- Tamarind 10g
- Cumin seeds
- Garlic cloves 2
- Water as per sufficient
- Salt as per taste
Proess:
- Take a thick bottom vessel add 1/2spn oil, kandipappu.
- Make it fry well upto thick golden brown colour.
- Take out into a plate. Add remaining oil and Dry chillis.
- Make it fry well. And take out from vessel.
- Take mixer & grinder add cumin seeds, garlliccloves,salt.
- Grind it well become a powder.
- Now add fried chillis, kandipappu, tamarind.
- Grind It well by adding sufficient water.
- The batter should be become like a paste.
- kandi pachadi is ready. Serve with hot rice and gee.
