Ingredients:
- Curd 1cup
- Onion 1
- Corrinder
- Carrot
- Milk 3tsps
- Sugar 1/4spn
- Salt as per taste
Process:
- Chope the onion, corrinder, peel and grate the carrot.
- Take a bowl Add curd smash with spoon or better just like a cream.
- Add choped onions, corrinder, grated carrot, milk, sugar, and salt.
- Mix it well. Raita is ready to serve.
- we can seerve with all biryani items, rice, and pulkas.
