Raita

Ingredients:

  1. Curd 1cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Corrinder
  4. Carrot
  5. Milk 3tsps
  6. Sugar 1/4spn
  7. Salt as per taste

Process:

  1. Chope the onion, corrinder, peel and grate the carrot.
  2. Take a bowl Add curd smash with spoon or  better just like a cream.
  3. Add choped onions, corrinder, grated carrot, milk, sugar, and salt.
  4. Mix it well. Raita is ready to serve.
  5. we can seerve with all biryani items, rice, and pulkas.
