Kandi pachadi (Tur Dal Chutney)

Ingredients:

  1. Kandi pappu 50g
  2. Dry chillis 7
  3. Oil 1spn
  4. Tamarind 10g
  5. Cumin seeds
  6. Garlic cloves 2
  7. Water as per sufficient
  8. Salt as per taste

Proess:

  1. Take  a thick bottom vessel add 1/2spn oil, kandipappu.
  2. Make it fry well upto thick golden brown colour.
  3. Take out into a plate. Add remaining oil and  Dry chillis. 
  4. Make it fry well. And take out from vessel.
  5. Take mixer & grinder add cumin seeds, garlliccloves,salt. 
  6. Grind it well become a powder.
  7. Now add fried chillis, kandipappu, tamarind.
  8. Grind  It well by adding  sufficient water. 
  9. The batter should be become like a paste.
  10. kandi pachadi is ready. Serve with hot rice and gee.
